Instead of having every test helper binary in its own directory, let's
use /tests/cmd/_bin as a destination directory.
This allows for simpler setup/cleanup.

- fs-idmap
- pidfd-kill
- recvtty
- remap-rootfs
- sd-helper
- seccompagent
