Kir Kolyshkin 75761bccf7 Fix codespell warnings, add codespell to ci ...

The two exceptions I had to add to codespellrc are:
 - CLOS (used by intelrtd);
 - creat (syscall name used in tests/integration/testdata/seccomp_*.json).
