Kir Kolyshkin ae6cb653f4 man/*sh: fix shellcheck warnings, add to shellcheck

Now the only remaining file that needs shellcheck warnings to be fixed
is bash-completion. Note that in Makefile's TODO.

runc man pages

This directory contains man pages for runc in markdown format.

To generate man pages from it, use this command

./md2man-all.sh

You will see man pages generated under the man8 directory.
