This commit allows to send `go test` arguments to current makefile `test` and `localtest` targets. A usage example would be `make test TESTFLAGS="-run=SomeTestFunction"` to easily run a single test function. Signed-off-by: Marcos Lilljedahl <marcosnils@gmail.com>
