Kir Kolyshkin b9e3eec229 ci: add go 1.26 ...

This commit is a squash of the following two commits:

1. ci: add go 1.26 rc2

This is mostly to test whether https://go.dev/cl/728642 results in
any test failures in the current CI matrix.
